Message from the CEO

Dear Friends, Our journey as Form Kollektif Şirketi began in 1965 with a modest project office of 20 m2 in Ankara, and it is developing with new openings and new formations. Today, we continue with production, representation, and sales activities. Recently, our joint ventures with our business partners have gained momentum. By staying true to our expertise in climate control, we have invested in innovation in production and in channel and product diversity in the market. In this context, we have elevated our extremely successful collaboration with the Japanese company Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, which we have maintained since 2011, to the level of partnership. We believe that this partnership will be extremely productive not only for Form but also for the Turkish climate control sector.

Throughout our nearly 60 years in business, we have never compromised on our ethical values that guide us. Since our establishment, we have adopted the principles of "Honesty, Reliability, and Continuity." We have strived to maintain a structure that is expert in its field, grants initiative to its employees, and prioritizes change, development, and institutionalization. Aware that the quality of our work directly affects our reputation and credibility, we have made it our principle to be a reliable partner that provides effective solutions to changing customer requirements. We have specialized and added experience to our experiences. We have believed in innovation, technology, and sustainability in every field and aimed to offer better and newer solutions.

Environmental sensitivity has been the natural result of our activities. We have maintained our leadership in green building applications. We have placed importance on environmentalism not only in our applications but also in our workplaces. Our green office practices continue. With an understanding that not only focuses on our business successes but also gives back to society, we have concentrated on social responsibility projects. With 35% female employment, we are a community of companies with the highest number of female employees in our sector, and we support women's success in business from their educational lives in collaboration with ÇYDD.

As our esteemed leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk said in a speech, "The most important capital for institutions is intelligence, attention, and integrity; it is knowing how to work technically and methodically. If you hold onto your work with this belief, you will certainly succeed." We are also determined to move forward on this path with confident steps.

As FORM Group of Companies enters its 60th year, we would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our journey. We are confident that with the valuable contributions of future generations, our tomorrows will be even more successful.
